TENTATIVE RULING

            After review, the Court has identified the following deficiencies with Plaintiff’s default judgment packet:

-         Plaintiff must set forth legal authority and analysis to explain why Plaintiff should be awarded an entitlement to purchase the property in foreclosure as part of this judgment, based on a breach of a contract to perform paving work at the property.

-         The proposed judgment should be submitted on a JUD-100 form.
