TENTATIVE RULING

Plaintiff is to contact Department 17 to schedule an IDC.

On 3/20/2024, Plaintiff Irwindale Arrow Investors, LLC (Plaintiff) initiated this action. On 4/14/2025, Plaintiff filed a first amended complaint (FAC) against Bedros K. Hajian, alleging: (1) breach of written lease; (2) breach of guaranty; and (3) common count.

            On 4/16/2025, Plaintiff moved to compel Defendant’s further discovery from Defendant.

This Court requires that parties participate in an informal discovery conference (IDC) before motions to compel further discovery can be heard on the merits.

Plaintiff is to contact Department 17 to schedule an IDC.                    

It is so ordered.
