Plaintiffs La-Keeya Monique Loman and Robert Earl Loman Jr. (“Plaintiffs”) move for an award of attorney’s fees against Defendant American Honda Motor Co. (“Defendant”).

 

The Court continues this hearing to January 30, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.

 

The Court directs Plaintiffs to file no later than January 27, 2025 a version of the time invoices for all timekeepers for whom Plaintiffs seek attorney’s fees that is organized as follows: (a) time entries separated by timekeeper and arranged chronologically for each timekeeper—i.e., all the billing entries for a particular timekeeper from earliest to latest; and (b) a total for each timekeeper of the amounts billed by that timekeeper.
