TENTATIVE RULING

          The Court makes the following orders:

1.    Prior to April 26, 2024, the parties shall hold a meet and confer about all pending discovery issues.  The meet and confer shall be held in person or by video conference and last no less than two hours or until all issues are resolved, whichever comes first.  The parties shall make a good faith effort to resolve all pending discovery disputes.

2.    If the meet and confer resolves the pending issues, the parties shall take the pending discovery motions off calendar.  If any issues remain, the parties shall participate in an informal discovery procedure as set forth below.

3.    The Court sets an Informal Discovery Conference on any remaining issues for May 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.  The parties must follow the Court’s orders in filing Informal Discovery Conference statements as to any remaining issues.

4.    The Court continues the Informal Discovery Conference currently set for April 12, 2024 to May 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m.

5.    The Court continues today’s hearing to May 14, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

6.    The Court advances and continues the hearings currently set for April 16, 2024 and May 2, 2024 to May 14, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.

7.    Defendant Ocean Avenue, LLC shall give notice.
