deposition questions posed to Plaintiff Jose Rangel (“Plaintiff”) and certain
document requests. The Court rules as

sanctions.

were rude and unprofessional. The
attorneys are admonished to exhibit courtesy and professionalism at all
times. Failure to do so may subject
attorneys to sanctions.
