TENTATIVE RULING

             On December 31, 2024, Plaintiff Michelle Tereno (“Plaintiff”) filed four motions to compel against Defendants 1442 Wooster LLC and Benjamin Kermani (“Defendants”).  One of the motions is set for hearing today.  Three of the motions are set for hearing on February 11, 2025.

            The Court continues today’s motion to February 25, 2025 at 8:30 a.m..  The Court advances and continues the three motions set for February 11, 2025 to February 25, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. 

            The Court orders that by no later than February 14, 2025, Plaintiff and Defendants shall meet and confer either in person or by video conference for no less than one-and-a-half hours, or until all issues are resolved, about the subject of the four motions.

            If the meet and confer resolves all issues, Plaintiff shall promptly take the motions off calendar.  If the meet and confer does not resolve all issues, Plaintiff shall file a status conference statement by no later than February 20, 2025 that lists:  (a) when the meet and confer took place, during what hours, and who attended; and (b) what issues remain for the Court to resolve.
