TENTATIVE RULING

            Plaintiff Oscar Duarte and Wendy Castillo (“Plaintiffs”) filed a number of discovery motions against Defendant FCA US, LLC (“Defendant”).

            The parties resolved the majority of the disputes through the meet and confer process. The Court commends the parties for doing so.

            On the two remaining issues, the Court rules as follows:

            The Court DENIES Plaintiffs’ motion as to Interrogatory No. 66.  The interrogatory is too broadly phrased to be capable of a useful and coherent response.

            The Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion as to Interrogatory No. 67.  Defendant shall provide a full and complete verified response within twenty days.

            Plaintiffs shall give notice.
