TENTATIVE RULING:

On April 26, 2022, Petitioner United Parcel Service, Inc. filed this Petition for Order to Preserve Evidence and Issue Deposition Subpoena to Respondent Los Angeles Police Department to (1) Allow a Qualified Representative of Petitioner to Download Any Available Subject Accident-related Video; (2) Alternatively, Produce a True and Correct Copy of Any Accident-related Video that is Believed to Exist.  This Limited Jurisdiction Court does not have authority to issue this order and accordingly, the Court hereby transfers this case to the reclassification desk for reassignment to the appropriate court. Code of Civ. Proc. Sections 85-86.
