Plaintiff's UNOPPOSED Motion to Amend Judgment is GRANTED. On September 2, 2022, the court signed the judgment submitted by Plaintiff's counsel. (Exhibit 2 – September 2, 2022 Judgment). In that judgment, the Court held that 'the Court shall determine the amount of Plaintiff's attorney's fees and costs via noticed motion.' (See September 2, 2022 Judgment). On February 3, 2023, the Court heard Plaintiff's Motion for Attorney's Fees and found in favor of Plaintiff, granting attorney's fees in the amount of $5, 8560 and costs in the amount of $602.15 (Exhibit 3 -February 3, 2023 Judgment).

The Motion to Amend the judgment to reflect the attorney fees and costs is GRANTED. Counsel to submit an Amended Judgment for the Court's signature.
