The Court will hear. Attorney Andrew S. Parslow and Feldsott, Lee &, Nichter is seeking to withdraw as counsel of record for Defendant Tania Dubin as individual and trustee. The Court notes this motion is being made on the eve of trial set for September 15, 2023 at 1:30. The Court will hear from all parties as to the status of the trial of this action and to a continuance of trial in order to allow for notice to defendant of the withdrawal and opportunity for defendant to obtain new counsel.

If the court grants the withdrawal motion, counsel for defendant is to provide to the court an order of withdrawal complete with the trial date. The withdrawal order is only effective upon service of the signed order on the client at the last known address. Counsel is to serve any signed order on the client and provide a proof of service to the clerk in Department 66 in order to be removed as attorney of record in the case.
