Although attorney Vida Tarassoly/Tarassoly Law Group, PC filed three separate motions to be relieved, because counsel reserved only one hearing date, the court issues one ruling as to all three motions.

Attorney Vida Tarassoly/Tarassoly Law Group, PC's unopposed motions to be relieved as counsel for Defendants APR Construction, Inc., All Phase Remodel and Eric Scarborough are GRANTED. CCP § 284. The court modifies and signs the form orders. The withdrawal will be effective as of the date of the filing of a proof of service with the court showing that a copy of this ruling and a copy of the signed form orders have been served upon each client. The proofs of service shall be filed directly with the department within 5 days of this ruling. Defendant APR Construction, Inc., a corporation, shall notify the court of the name of its new attorney at the Trial Readiness Conference, set for December 15, 2023.
