The court rules as follows on Cross-Defendant/Cross-Complainant Davis Ink Ltd.'s motion for determination of good faith settlement.

Based on Davis Ink's reply, it appears that the deposition of Davis Ink's Person Most Knowledgeable is scheduled to take place on November 1, 2023. As the evidence before the court shows that opposing parties Cross-Defendants Equity Builders, Inc. and Joseph Paul Archambault noticed the deposition of Davis Ink's PMK prior to Davis Ink's settlement with Defendant/Cross-Complainant Tony Bedalov, Inc., and in consideration of Equity Builders' request for a continuance to conduct this deposition, and as Davis Ink has agreed to produce its PMK for deposition on November 1, 2023, the court continues the hearing on this motion to December 15, 2023, at 8:30am. This continuance is to allow for the deposition of the Davis Ink PMK only. Equity Builders shall be allowed to file a supplemental opposition, limited to 5 pages and limited to arguments and evidence relating to the Davis Ink PMK deposition testimony. Davis Ink shall be allowed to file a 3 page reply. All papers shall be filed per code from the continued hearing date.

If this tentative ruling is confirmed the Minute Order will be the final order of the court and the parties shall not submit any further order on this motion.
