1 and Request for Production of Documents, Set No. 1, without objection and within 10 days of this ruling.

Defendant/Cross-Complainant Barber's request for sanctions is GRANTED. CCP §§ 2030.290(c), 2031.300(c). The court finds sanctions of $180.00 reasonable. The court orders Plaintiff/Cross-Defendant Grant Aguinaldo to pay sanctions of $180.00 to Defendant/Cross-Complainant Rachel Barber within 10 days of this ruling.

If this tentative ruling is confirmed the Minute Order will be the final order of the court and the parties shall not submit any further order on this motion.
