Defendants/Cross-Complainants Kevin Patrick Brown, Thomas Edward Sterling, Kelly Patricia Sterling and Christopher Cacioppo's unopposed motions to compel attendance at deposition and production of documents from Plaintiff/Cross-Defendant Debra Stott and from Plaintiff/Cross-Defendant Steven Var Stott are GRANTED. CCP § 2025.450.

The court orders Plaintiff Debra Stott and Plaintiff Steven Var Stott to appear for deposition, and produce documents pursuant to Defendants' fourth amended notices of deposition, on October 24, 2023, at 9:00am at Defendants' counsel's office, Webb Law Group, APC, 10509 Vista Sorrento Parkway, Suite 450, San Diego, California 92121.

The issue of sanctions will be addressed on Defendants' separate motion for sanctions set for hearing on January 12, 2024 at 8:30am.

If this tentative ruling is confirmed the Minute Order will be the final order of the court and the parties shall not submit any further order on this motion.
