Under the Personal Injury Court system, this case will be tried in a different court.  The trial court will rule on motions in limine.  The request for bifurcation here appears to be one for which the trial judge should make a discretionary determination based on its experience and the facts of the case. 

Accordingly, Defendants’ motion is denied without prejudice.  

Defendants are instructed to renew this Motion with the trial judge.
