HEARING DATE:     February 7, 2025                               TRIAL DATE:  September 22, 2025

CASE:                         Ketrina Gordon v. Joan Curtess

CASE NO.:                 21STCV00070

DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL PLAINTIFF’S VERIFIED RESPONSES TO SPECIAL INTERROGATORIES, SET ONE

DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO COMPEL PLAINTIFF’S VERIFIED RESPONSES TO REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS, SET TWO

MOVING PARTY:               Defendant Christine Curtess, as successor trustee of the Joan Curtess Family Trust dated April 18, 1988

RESPONDING PARTY:     Plaintiff Ketrina Gordon

On September 30 and October 2, 2024, Defendant Christine Curtess as successor trustee of the Joan Curtess Family Trust dated April 18, 1988 filed these motions to compel Plaintiff’s verified responses to Special Interrogatories, Set One and Request for Production of Documents, Set Two.  Defendant does not seek sanctions.

On December 9, 2024, Plaintiff filed the declaration of her counsel in response to the motions.  According to the declaration, Plaintiffs’ counsel attests to serving responses to both sets of discovery on December 9, 2024.

Defendant did not file any reply.

Given Plaintiff’s counsel’s uncontested representation, Plaintiff has served responses to the at-issue discovery.  Accordingly, the court finds the motions to compel are MOOT.

Defendant to give notice.
