On December 15, 2023, David H. Kwasniewski, counsel for defendant, Kehe Distributors, LLC, filed this Motion to be Relieved as Counsel.  

On January 17, 2024, Defendant filed a Substitution of Attorney which indicates that Willis M. Wagner of Arnold & Porter Kay Sholer LLP is Defendants new legal representative. 

Accordingly, Mr. Kwasniewski’s motion is MOOT.  The hearing for this motion will be taken off calendar.
