MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES TO DISCOVERY

MOVING PARTY:               Plaintiff John E. Bouzane dba Fast Eviction Service

RESPONDING PARTY:     Defendant PAMA Management Inc.

On December 8, 2023, Plaintiff, John E. Bouzane dba Fast Eviction Service, filed this motion to compel Defendant, PAMA Management Inc., to provide further responses to Plaintiff’s Request for Production of Documents, Set One, Nos. 1-27, 30-38 40, 45-74, and 77-81.

The parties have not participated in an Informal Discovery Conference (IDC) prior to the filing of this motion.  Accordingly, the Court is inclined to continue the hearing for Plaintiff’s motion to February 2, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. to allow the parties to participate in an IDC.  The Court is available for an IDC at 11:00 a.m. on January 17, 18, 23, or 24. 

 The Court also notes that trial is scheduled for February 13, 2024.  The Court will hear from the parties whether the Final Status Conference and trial date need to be continued and which of the foregoing dates to conduct an IDC are acceptable, if any.
