On December 29, 2022, Plaintiff, Cynthia Makin, filed a complaint in pro per, against Defendants, George Cashman and GFC Administrative Trust, for partition of real property common known as 2 Crest Road East, Rolling Hills, County of Los Angeles, California 90274.

            On March 7, 2024, Plaintiff filed this Motion for Order for Appraisal of Real Property. 

            On March 18, 2024, Defendant George Cashman filed an opposition.

            On March 20, 2024, the parties file a stipulation to continue the hearing date for this motion to April 2, 2024, or April 8, 2024.

            Accordingly, Plaintiff’s motion is CONTINUED to April 8, 2024 at 8:30 AM
