MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT

MOVING PARTY:               Plaintiff Christine Paulsen

RESPONDING PARTY:     No opposition

This is a discrimination and retaliation action.  On September 15, 2022, Plaintiff, Christine Paulsen, filed a Complaint against Defendants, Pixel Labs, LLC, and Assembly Parent Corp., for various Labor Code violations and violations of the Fair Employment and Housing Act, including a cause of action for sexual harassment.

On January 17, 2024, Plaintiff filed this motion for leave to file the First Amended Complaint.  Plaintiff seeks to add allegations in support of Plaintiff’s cause of action for sexual harassment.

On February 1, 2024, Defendants filed a non-opposition to Plaintiff’s motion for leave to file the First Amended Complaint.

Given the lack of opposition. Plaintiff’s motion to file the First Amended Complaint is GRANTED.  The First Amended Complaint is deemed filed on the date of this order.  Plaintiff is further directed to separately file the amended pleading.
