Defendant Raymond Zhanquan He seeks to compel responses from Plaintiff Qpack Inc. as to his form interrogatories, set one, special interrogatories, set one, and requests for production, set one.  Defendant contends that he has never received responses.

As timely responses have not been provided, the Motions to Compel are granted.  Responses, without objection, are to be served within thirty days.

Defendant requests $1,635 in sanctions for each of two Motions.  The Court awards reduced sanctions in the amount of $760 (2 hours at $350 per hour, plus $60 in costs).
