Plaintiffs Barbara and Justin Adler seek to compel Defendants Quillin & Grant, Inc. (“QG”) and Bruce Grant to provide initial responses to their form interrogatories, set one.  Plaintiffs also seek to compel the depositions of Grant and QG’s PMK.

Because there is no opposition, the Motions are granted.  Responses, without objection, are to be provided within 30 days.  The depositions and accompanying production are also to be completed within 30 days.

The Court awards reduced sanctions in the total amount of $2,000.  Defendants are jointly and severally liable for this sum.
