Plaintiff Davis Reed seeks to compel the depositions of Defendants Kreation Organic, Inc., Kreation Juicery, Inc., 777 Management Company, Inc., Self Love LLC, and Marjan Sarshar.  Plaintiff contends that the depositions have been canceled or obstructed by the fact that the entity Defendants were unrepresented.

Because there is no opposition, the Motion is granted.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 8.54(c); Sexton v. Superior Court (1997) 58 Cal.App.4th 1403, 1410.)  The depositions are to be completed within thirty days.  It appears the entity Defendants are now represented.
