Defendants Roy Lee and RL Films2, Inc. seek to compel the deposition of Alex Anderson. Anderson is apparently an employee of Plaintiff The John Powers Middleton Companies, LLC (“JPMC”). Defendants contend that JPMC refuses to produce Anderson.
As there is no opposition, the Motion is granted. (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 8.54(c); Sexton v. Superior Court (1997) 58 Cal.App.4th 1403, 1410.) Anderson is to appear for a deposition within 30 days.
The Court awards the requested sanctions in the amount of $1,562.60.
