On October 18, 2021, Plaintiff Christopher Brown filed the operative First Amended Complaint for discrimination and retaliation under the Unruh Act.

Defendants City of Compton, Compton Housing Authority, and Delmonsha Green now seek summary judgment.

Because there is no opposition, the Motion for Summary Judgment is granted.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 8.54(c); Sexton v. Superior Court (1997) 58 Cal.App.4th 1403, 1410.)
