This is a habitability matter.  Defendants 1516 Hobart Investments, LP, Lance Robbins and Brick Investment Corporation seek an order (a) compelling Plaintiff Dominique Williams to produce certain documents for her deposition and (b) authorizing Defendants’ questioning of Plaintiff at a second day of deposition.  Defendants also seek $4,125 in sanctions against Plaintiff and/or her counsel of record.

The Motion is denied as moot because Plaintiff has now produced the requested documents and has offered dates for a deposition.

The Court awards reduced sanctions in the amount of $1,000 against Plaintiff.
