Plaintiff Anna Nevels seeks to compel Defendant Tanya Reynolds to provide responses to Plaintiff’s requests for production, set one, and form interrogatories, set one.  Plaintiff contends that Defendant failed to provide responses.

As responses have not apparently been provided, the Motions to Compel are granted.  Responses, without objection, are to be provided within thirty days.

The request for $1,577.65 in sanctions for the document production Motion is reduced to $1,312 (2.5 hours at $500 per hour, plus $62 in costs).

The request for $5,077.65 in sanctions for the interrogatory Motion is also reduced to $1,312.
