Defendant Goal Properties Investments seeks to deem its requests for admission, set one, propounded on Plaintiffs Jynonna Norwood and Family Christian Cathedral admitted.  Defendant contends that Plaintiffs failed to serve any responses.  

 As there is no opposition, the Motions are granted.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 8.54(c); Sexton v. Superior Court (1997) 58 Cal.App.4th 1403, 1410.)  

Defendant requests $2,701.65 (5 hours at $525 per hour, plus a $60 filing fee, a $15 remote appearance fee, and a $1.65 credit card fee ) in sanctions for each Plaintiff, but the Court awards reduced sanctions in the total amount of $1,170 (2 hours at $525 per hour, plus $120 in costs).
