This is a wage and hour, employment, and PAGA suit.  Plaintiff Jacqueline Valdez seeks to compel the depositions of Defendants Independent Steps II, Inc. and Independent Hands Group, Inc.  Plaintiff contends that Defendants repeatedly cancel their depositions.  

Defendants argue they are available for alternative dates and that Plaintiff failed to meet and confer in good faith.

Given the extensive time this matter has been unresolved, the Motion to Compel is granted.  The depositions are to be held within 30 days.

The Court declines to award sanctions at this time.
