Plaintiff Steven J. Truman seeks reconsideration of “the Order dated June 2, 2022. The Plaintiff did not request in his prior Declaration for the June 2, 2022 hearing a monetary award; instead he requested the Court sign an Order that the Deeds that are purported to transfer Plaintiff's three real properties to CRUZ HOLDING ENT, a California corporation, were void and that STEVEN J. TRUMAN is the true owner of the real properties situated in the County of Los Angeles, known as: (1) 10634 Mountair Avenue, Tujunga, California 91042, (2) 10638 Mountair Avenue, Tujunga, California 91042, and (3) 10717 Woodward Avenue, Sunland, California 91040. Plaintiff made his request through his Declaration with attached exhibits showing his Deeds and the forged Deeds.”
The Motion is denied as moot. This is because the Court entered Plaintiff’s proposed judgment on June 2, 2022, which named him owner of the subject properties.
