Defendant Nisan Tepper seeks to compel Jynonna Norwood to provide initial responses to Defendant’s special interrogatories, set three, and to compel Family Christian Cathedral to provide initial responses to Defendant’s special interrogatories, set two.

Plaintiffs indicate that they will provide responses before the hearing for the Motions.

As it is not apparent whether responses were provided, the Motions to Compel are granted.  Responses should be provided within thirty days.

Defendant seeks $4,277 in sanctions against each Plaintiff.  The Court awards reduced sanctions in the amount of $1,000 against each Plaintiff.
