Plaintiffs Irene Young and Jesse Chang seek to compel initial responses from Defendant Pacific Plaza Elite-Alhambra Homeowners Association as to their form interrogatories, set two, and special interrogatories, set one.

Defendant indicates that it has provided responses to the interrogatories at issue.

Therefore, the Motions to Compel are denied as moot.  

Plaintiffs request $2,330 in sanctions for each Motion.  The Court awards reduced sanctions in the total amount of $1,000.
