This is a lemon law action.  Defendant FCA US LLC seeks summary adjudication of the sixth cause of action for concealment and the request for punitive damages.  

Plaintiffs Carlos Alberto Hernandez and Jessica Hernandez filed an opposition, but then withdrew it.
