This is an employment action.  Plaintiff Gena Persons seeks to compel further responses to her requests for production, set two, nos. 71-91 propounded on Defendant City of Pasadena.

The City has agreed to provide supplemental responses as to all requests, except request nos. 71, 72, and 87.  The City indicates that “Plaintiff's counsel agreed to withdraw the present motion to compel as long as supplemental responses were provided by June 23, 2023. (Navarro Dec. ¶ 5, Exhibit 2.)”  

Plaintiff filed a supplemental declaration dated June 13, 2023, stating that responses have not yet been received.

It seems that the Motion is now moot due to the agreement to provide supplemental responses.  Accordingly, the Motion is denied.  The Court declines to award sanctions.
