Defendant Pitzer College seeks an order “declaring Brendan Schultz [ ] a vexatious litigant, requiring Plaintiff to post a security to continue his maintenance of this action, and imposing upon Plaintiff a pre-filing review requirement on all future filings by Plaintiff.”
Also, Plaintiff seeks to compel further responses to his special interrogatories from Defendant.
On November 6, 2024, a notice of settlement of the entire case was filed.
Based thereon, it appears that the instant Motions are moot. No oppositions or replies were filed. The Motions are denied.
