Plaintiff Juan Davila seeks to compel the depositions of Defendants Jonathan Saghian and Samuel Saghian.

Because there is no opposition, the Motions to Compel are granted.  The depositions are to take place within 30 days.  The Court awards reduced sanctions in the total amount of $1,000, which the Defendants will owe jointly and severally.
