This is a lemon law action.  Plaintiffs Erendira Serrano Rocha and Rafael Prieto Vargas seek to compel Defendant General Motors LLC to provide further responses to their requests for production, set one, nos. 16-21.

The Motion is denied as to request no. 19, which is overbroad to the extent seeking complaints about individual vehicles other than the subject vehicle.  This is not commensurate with the scope of this action.

All other requests are narrowed to exclude documents pertaining specifically to individual vehicles other than the subject vehicle.  That is, Defendant need only produce documents having generalized, compiled, or aggregate information. 

The Motion is granted in part as set forth herein.  Further responses are to be provided within 30 days.
