Plaintiff Shahla Melamed seeks to compel further responses to her requests for production, set one, nos. 6, 7, 8, 10, 17, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, and 20 propounded on Defendant Vasel Malota.  

Because there is no opposition, the Motion is granted.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 8.54(c); Sexton v. Superior Court (1997) 58 Cal.App.4th 1403, 1410.)  Further responses and documents are to be provided within thirty days.

Plaintiff seeks sanctions in the amount of $1,860, but the Court awards reduced sanctions in the amount of $1,260.
