This is a lemon law matter.  Plaintiff Victor Reyes seeks to compel the PMK deposition of Defendant FCA US LLC.

Because there is no opposition, the Motion is granted.  (Cal. Rules of Court, Rule 8.54(c); Sexton v. Superior Court (1997) 58 Cal.App.4th 1403, 1410.)  The deposition is to take place within 30 days.

Plaintiff seeks sanctions in the amount of $6,810, but the Court awards reduced sanctions in the amount of $1,000.
