This is a lemon law action.  Plaintiff Christian Lopez seeks to compel Defendant Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat (“Champion”) to provide initial responses to his form interrogatories, special interrogatories, and requests for production.  Plaintiff also seeks to deem admitted his requests for admission propounded on Champion.  

Because responses have now been served, the Motions are denied as moot.
