On October 17, 2023, Ace Diversion, Inc. filed the operative Complaint against Defendant 1530 Date Street, LLC for (1) specific performance and (2) breach of contract.

Defendant 1530 Date Street, LLC now seeks to deem its requests for admission, set one, propounded on Plaintiff admitted.  Defendant also seeks to compel initial responses to its form interrogatories, set one.

Because responses have now been served, the Motions are denied.  The Court awards reduced sanctions in the total amount of $750.
