On May 24, 2023, Plaintiff Carlos Ornelas filed the operative Complaint against Defendants American Honda Motor Co. and Christen Lopez for (1) negligence, (2) strict products liability, (3) breach of implied warranty, and (4) negligence—products liability.  This action arises from a motor vehicle collision.

Defendant American Honda Motor Co. now seeks to compel initial responses to its form interrogatories from Defendant Lopez.

Lopez indicates that responses will be provided and that the delay has been caused by his incarceration.

Because responses will be served, the Motion is denied as moot.  Responses should still be served within 20 days.
