This is an action in which Plaintiff Latoya S. Redd claims that Defendants failed to pay her $35,489.51 attorneys’ fee lien with settlement funds from case no. YC072873.

Plaintiff now seeks to compel initial responses to her requests for production, set one, from Defendant Yevgenya Arushanyan.

Plaintiff also seeks to compel initial responses to her form interrogatories, set one, propounded on Defendant Koletsky, Mancini, Feldman & Morrow.

Because responses have apparently not been provided, the Motions to Compel are granted.  Responses, without objections, are to be served within 30 days.  The Court awards the requested monetary sanctions in the amounts of $163.04 and $88.04.
