Plaintiff Employers Assurance Company seeks to deem its requests for admission, set one, propounded on Defendant E and J Wood Finish admitted.  Plaintiff contends that Defendant failed to serve any responses.  

Because responses have not apparently been provided, the Motion to Deem Admitted is granted. 

Plaintiff seeks $1,660 in sanctions, but the Court awards reduced sanctions in the amount of $860 (2 hours at $400 per hour, plus $60 in costs).
