According to the supplemental declarations of counsel, the motions are moot in light of supplemental responses served by Plaintiffs on 7/20/2023, 7/26/2023, and 7/31/2023

The Court awards a total of $6,300 in monetary sanctions to Defendant for the above motions. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 2030.300(d), 2031.310(h).) Plaintiffs unreasonably delayed serving verified supplemental responses that would have resolved the dispute earlier. There was no substantial justification for Plaintiffs’ opposition to the motions.

Sanctions are ORDERED to be paid within 30 days.
