Defendant’s Demurrer to Plaintiff’s Form Complaint (PLD-PI-001) is OVERRULED.

Plaintiff’s Complaint adequately alleges through checking appropriate boxes, causes of action for products liability on theories of strict liability, negligence, and breach of warranty, all related to a product referred to as a Conair “Heat Sense Foot Spa.”  Additional detail sought by Defendant can be obtained through discovery.

Defendant to file an Answer within 5 court days.
