Per Plaintiff’s request, the Court continued the hearing on this motion, from 10/13/22 to 12/15/22, and ordered Plaintiff to submit supplemental evidence. (ROA 66—10/13/22 Minute Order.) Plaintiff has not provided any further evidence.

However, by way of a just filed supplemental declaration Plaintiff now says it will submit definitive evidence supporting the propriety of the requested assignment order.

Plaintiff asks for an additional extension to assemble and submit this evidence. 

Plaintiff’s request is granted.  This matter will again be continued to 2/9/23 at 2PM.

Plaintiff to give notice.
