The court previously issued a tentative granting Petitioner’s (Mark B. Wilson PC) motion to confirm an attorney-client fee arbitration award against Respondents Dean Simon and Brux Brothers LLC. Respondents failed to oppose the motion despite being properly served. At the June 30, 2022, hearing this Court deferred confirmation of its tentative ruling and granted Respondent Dean Simon’s request for a continuance so that he could retain counsel and file a formal opposition.  Still, no opposition has been timely filed.  The Court will confirm its 6/30/22 tentative as its final ruling and enter the proposed judgment.  Petitioner to provide notice.
