The demurrer by defendant Barbara A. Flores (“Defendant”), to the First Amended Complaint by plaintiff Ray Flores, as Trustee for the Carmen V. Flores Revocable Trust (“Plaintiff”), is continued to 02/02/23 at 2:00 PM in Dept. C12.

There is no proof of service attached to the Demurrer. (Cal. R. Ct Rule 3.1300, subd. (c).) Further, because the demurrer is unopposed, the Court cannot confirm whether it was actually served on Plaintiff.

Defendant is ordered to file a proof of service by 1/26/23, reflecting adequate notice under CCP section 1005.

Defendant shall give notice of the ruling.
