Per Plaintiff/Judgment Creditor Tellez’s request, the Motion for Sale of Property is continued to 01/26/2023 at 2:00 PM in Dept. C12.

The Court finds good cause for a further continuance, because, according to Judgment Creditor’s Status Report, the San Bernardino Superior Court has continued Judgment Debtor’s motion to set aside default and default judgment. (ROA 45—10/27/22 Status Report at ¶ 4.) The Status Report states that the motion was continued to 3/14/23; however, there is an upcoming ex parte hearing to advance the 3/14/23 hearing date. If the motion to set aside default and default judgment cannot be heard by the San Bernardino Superior Court prior to 01/26/2023, (i.e., the date of the hearing of the motion for sale in this court), the parties shall inform this court by 01/13/23, and may request a later hearing date.

Judgment Creditor shall give notice of the ruling.
